Montway was great, from booking to flexibility on pickup date and drop off arrangements. Would definitely use them again. Customer service was helpful, and communicated with transport drivers was great during drop off coordination.

It was great service when they got someone to come pickup the vehicles. The problem was getting someone in the week we requested. They wanted to ship a week earlier or a week later which did t work for us. A week earlier meant no vehicle for an additional week. The week after was when we were already gone from Missouri and I. Hawaii. Once they picked up the vehicles at the designated week the service was outstanding. They arrived in Lon beach 12 hours early and in Kauai a week ahead of projected date.

Due to this, we provide a general range of dates on what can be done. We'll always do our best to make things work. But it's important we're transparent on the realities of auto shipping as well. Needed to ship my car from Illinois to California. I obtained quotes from about 10 carriers and Montway offered me the best price. What they quoted is what I paid. Vernon Logan - the trucker - picked up and delivered the car in a timely manner. I would use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

After texts, calls, emails to and from a dozen transport companies, I learned that they all have no problem backstabbing each other, and will tell you what you want to hear until you start to commit. I was fed up and prepped to trying to tow the car myself when I googled 'top transport companies' and came across Montway. I payed more. I payed $756 to send my daughters car 500 miles. I used Montway service for transporting my beautiful BMW from Minneapolis to Raleigh. I had a great experience from start to finish. The representative " Kathereen " was very helpful and communicative. The car was quickly scheduled to be picked up .by Alex. He was very courteous, and responsive. I got my car on time as scheduled. I highly recommend this company for your peace of mind.
