Overall experience was good, the vehicle arrived when they said it would and in perfect condition. A few things prevented this from being a 5 star though. One is after booking my transport I continued to receive emails asking if I wanted to complete my order, or if I was still looking. It wasn't just 1 or 2 but nearly a dozen. Kind of a nuisance to get spammed with advertising for something you have already purchased. Driver’s on both ends did there best to meet us as close to our house as possible. They were on time and communicated well with us. This was a cross country move.

I had my car shipped across the country with Montway and it was easy and stress free. Within a day or two of booking I had a pickup date scheduled and contact information for the driver. Sam, the driver, was very friendly. My car was picked up and delivered fast. I told them the day I would be flying out as the first day I could receive the car and it was there for me that very day! I wish the rest of my move went this smoothly.

I would absolutely recommend Montway Auto Transport! The whole team is professional, courteous and reliable Starting with the beginning of the initial quote, the follow up after the quote, to pick up off my 2012 Nissan Kick and then the drop off of my vehicle. I live in New York and we arranged for the vehicle to be picked up from the dealership. Vehicle was then transported to South Carolina. I contacted Montway after getting a reference from my brother. I was able to schedule and coordinate a move for a move from Colorado to Texas. The moved both of my vintage vehicles and it couldn’t be smoother. The driver was awesome and I’d recommend him in a heart beat.

I originally booked with another company that was awful and unresponsive! I then booked with Montway and my experience was amazing! They were extremely diligent and I received my car within two weeks, despite booking at the last minute. And on top of that, their prices are also great! I can't thank them enough!

I was very iffy to move my car through a transport service due to past experiences. But they are amazing. I even recommended to my brother. They were very communicative and transparent with all information and they allow for 100lbs in the trunk.

Very patient and easy to deal with on phone, I had alot of questions and concern. Called numerous times always treated well. Even booked over a holiday weekend. Our driver was fabulous! On time for pick up and delivery was early with car arriving (outside transport) in perfect condition! San Diego CA to Hammond IN Can't give enough stars!
