This was our first car transporting experience and we weren't sure what to expect. But once the order is in progress, the text communication was very effective and in sync throughout. This is the second time we used Montway to transport a car. After a debacle with the first transporter. I got on the phone and called Montway. They were super helpful in setting up a transport that would meet our time table that was now in jeopardy after our first transport company was not prepared to transport our vehicle and wanted to do a half backed job transporting. This company earns its positive reviews. I had an suv shipped 1500 miles to an out of the way place. It came in mint condition, days ahead of schedule, and we'll below the price of their competitors. Cannot recommend them enough

Accommodated a last minute request, price was reasonable. Mover was on time and delivered my vehicle undamaged. Took an extra day to deliver to my home, due to the time the carrier delivered the vehicle to the location that made the final delivery. Overall a good experience.
