We recently shipped a Subaru Forester from NE Ohio to Austin Texas. Ivan was the driver. Montway made the process seamless and stress free for us. Ivan communicated the progress every step of the way. I would highly recommend Montway, it took the stress out of transporting our car and getting it to us on time!
The whole process to create the request, get a quote was really simple. And the actual communication to confirm details like date, open/close container, etc was actually a slick and frictionless combination of chat/bot/ and a human. In the end my ticket got executed with 24 hours and my car was delivered (interstates) in 48 hours. I will them again!
Called to arrange shipment on a Sunday with car available the next day. Car was picked up and arrived at my house 1400 miles away the following Monday. Very pleased!
I arranged a 5 day window for pickup on a Friday. The vehicle was picked up the following Monday 500 miles away. It was delivered the following day in early evening. Easy process and no issues. Great service.
