Despite the pandemic and some other complications, Montway managed to find a driver who delivered safely and on time at a realistic price. We were quite pleased with the service we received.
Driver show up on time. took pictures of my vehicle and loaded it on the trailer with care. Vehicle was delivered on time near drop off location. The road was narrow, so driver contacted my pick up person and met them nearby. The entire process went very well.
Good Price, good service, excellent communication throughout process. They were in constant contact with me giving me the status on where my car was and when it would arrive at its destination. Actually delivered the car quicker then I expected which was great. The driver was very nice and courteous.
Good communications with office and drivers. Did what they said they would do in every detail. Very professional from the office to the drivers. Reasonably priced.
I was going to fly from Northbrook, Illinois to Albuquerque, New Mexico, to pick up a Mighty Max pick up. Due to the Corona Beer Virus, once I got to Albuquerque, I was told that I had to be quarantined in the motel for 2 weeks before I was able to leave to drive the truck back. I Googled to find a company who would be able to get my truck to me, and found Montway Auto Transport. They were great. They delivered the truck in 5 days, and the driver was the best. Great service with Montway! Once a driver was assigned, the car arrived sooner than estimated. The driver and co driver were great with communication during and up to drop off.. not looking to buy another car soon but when I do, it’s Montway all the way!
Montway did a fantastic job picking up our two classic cars from the port of Baltimore and delivering them to Indianapolis, they have the best rates and they were here the next morning!! We couldn’t be happier, it’s our 5th time we have used Montway and will continue to do so.
After waiting 2 weeks for another company to ship my Bronco, I contacted Montway and they had it shipped within a few days. I would definitely use Montway again.
