We had a personal conflict with our delivery date and Montway's customer service helped us get a better date that would work, right away. The Montway Customer Service reps we spoke to were all so very nice and extremely helpful.

This was my first time using a car service to ship my vehicle and Montway set the bar high. The driver continuously gave me updates regarding my vehicle and transit time. They were efficient and my car arrived to its destination in a timely manner. only thing is that my car was a quite dusty on the outside, but a simple car wash fixed that. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone.
