Very professional and I felt safe having my car in their hands! Delivery went very smoothly and they were there exactly when they said they would be. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I gave them a 1 day notice to pickup my car and they delivered. Very professional, quick and great customer service. Best service out there. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
This was my first time using a car service to ship my vehicle and Montway set the bar high. The driver continuously gave me updates regarding my vehicle and transit time. They were efficient and my car arrived to its destination in a timely manner. only thing is that my car was a quite dusty on the outside, but a simple car wash fixed that. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone.
My experience from OR to IL was a feeling of comfort. From when Ivan (driver) loaded my car in OR, to delivery in IL, Ivan was exceptionally skillful. He kept communication with me on both days very precise. You could tell he was an experience driver that took pride in his job. Thank you Ivan
The driver was great about letting us know when he would arrive, was very careful with our car, and prompt in delivery. He was very courteous. We would definitely use Montway Auto Transport again.
Montway had aggressive pricing on moving my Lexus from Texas to Georgia. I contracted with them on a Wednesday. By the following Tuesday, I called them to find out when they were picking up the car.. Later that day, they called to tell me they could pick it up The next day, Wednesday, and deliver it to Georgia on Thursday. But they would need another $100 to make that happen. I used them for car transport and they were excellent and fast. For My mopped they took close to 3 weeks and the vehicle arrived with both front turning lights broken. I put a claim with them and it has been a week and still waiting for their response
I did a lot of research on car transport companies. Montway had consistently good ratings and they did not disappoint. The car was picked up on a Thursday and delivered on Saturday. Car was still in perfect condition. I would definitely use them again.
