I had two cars that needed to go from Northern California to Eastern Idaho. Everything went really smoothly. I was under the impression that I had to be there for pick up so I ended up wasting some time but I think that has more to do with the actual drivers company (Montway is a broker for them.) I wish I remembered their specific name but they were great. I ended up coordinating a key pick up and the driver made it super fast. No damage or any complaints. We have moved a lot recently with mixed experiences with movers. For our latest move, from Houston to Los Angeles, we decided at the very last minute to skip towing our car with the truck we were driving to CA. We contacted Montway and they were able to arrange a transport for our car very quickly / they picked up the car the next day! And we received the car in CA in a few days and were able to talk directly to the driver to arrange for delivery. We could not have been happier with the service. Thank you.

Great service. Car arrived in perfect condition as expected. We shipped via the open carrier. So, it did arrive dirty from the trip, but otherwise it was perfect.
