I tried to use another service and for one week my vehicle sat unscheduled. I had a deadline so I called Montway. They were fair and honest with me. They said they could meet my deadline. They took no money from me, unlike the other company, until my vehicle was picked up. This was a cross country California to North Carolina of a dually truck. I knew nothing about how it all worked. There are dozens of companies. I went with my gut and first impressions of each of a few companies that I contacted. Montway was spot on from start to finish. They made it very easy and all parties were in constant contact. Montway, the dispatcher, and even the driver called me with updates, and all gave me contact info to reach them if I needed anything. I had never shipped a car before but Montway made it easy at a reasonable price. They kept me informed about when pick up was scheduled and that went smoothly. Automobile was delivered to destination 2 days later. Process and payment were made easy and no problems were encountered.
