Purchased a car online from a dealer 500 miles away. Montway's driver picked up the car at the dealership, dealt with signing whatever needed signing, delivered two days later. Communication was very good. Driver couldn't get his rig into my neighborhood, so we met at the closest Walmart. He even came a little earlier to accommodate my work schedule. When I got there at 7:30 AM, the car was off his truck, parked in a space, and waiting for me. Signed some paperwork and off he went. Very seamless.

Very pleased with Montway Auto Transport. Picked up my car on time, and delivered it quickly and without any damage. The price was very reasonable also. Would highly recommend it to family or friends. Would use again if the need arose.

Drivers went out of their way to accommodate and meet customers needs even though there was a change to delivery. Very appreciated. Customer service side could be a little more informative about process and the way things work.. Delivery was made a week ago and have yet to receive a receipt for transaction and services.

I was hesitant at first because of the prices I was getting quoted for shipping my daughter car. Brokers wer giving me low quotes, which my investigation was showing that once they get your car the price will go up. Montoya wasn’t the lowest or the highest. But seeing that they had there own fleet as well as being a broker I took a chance on them instead of a broker only carrier. The driver was from Puget Sound Transportation. He was fast!
