Our driver was responsive, car was picked up & delivered within promised timeline and in great shape. Only complaint is that the car was not delivered to our neighborhood, we had to meet him nearby.

Due to the enormous size and design of their truck, they are subject to additional safety regulations and restrictions. In such situations, the driver will ask to meet at a safe nearby location. Our driver delivered our car across the country safely and on time. He would have met us at the airport if he were allowed. We were quite satisfied.

Had my car shipped from North Dakota to Texas. The driver did a good, kept communication with me the entire time. I had a day head start (In a different car) and the driver still made it to Texas before I did! Would definatly recommend this company.

Montway is quick to setup the transport and arrange the driver. The contract company is also quick enough to setup the pickup and assign the driver. The assigned river was communicative enough to give the updates, unless we call multiple times. He says he is coming in certain hours but ni communication at all until next day. The other thing I didn't like about the pickup is coming at 10 pm in the night and asking ups to meet us at some place like walmart, that too behind their buildings. I couldn't afford closed carry so I got a bid for open carry with me supplying the cover. They said the couldn't guarantee that. When a driver proposed he would carry for $100 more I countered that I wanted my cover put on it that had straps and was designed for strong winds and then I would pay it. Otherwise I was going to wait for the price I wanted. Long story short the deal was agreed to then the driver wouldn't allow the seller to put the cover on. Montway made it right and refunded my money. Straight up company.
