Time of pick up and drop off kept changing. But other then that service was basically reliable. Price was good.. Driver was polite. The only thing that bothered me was he negleaned to give me copy of Bill of Lading. I asked him to email a copy which I still have not yet received

I really appreciate the communication along the way I called the company to find out whereabouts the car was as I was having second thoughts and thinking horrible things. The gentleman that took the call assured me that he could I contact the driver and find his whereabouts and get an idea of when he would deliver the car he did so very efficiently and put my mind at ease and the next day the car was delivered a little later than I would’ve liked but I understand that that was kind of out of his control .

Montway made the delivery happen. I originally had another company as my broker for a month and the car never moved. Montway honored their quote and timeline.

I was in no rush to move the project car I just purchased, I reached out to montway and let them know I was in no rush but just wanted a good deal to get my project car home. within 2 days montway had my car picked up and on the way. Just Awesome!

I used Montway to move my son's car back home during the mist of Covid. First of all the service was really fast , it took about one week for my car to get from Boston to California in 7 days , 3 days earlier than expected. Second of all , Communication was really poor, after i created a shipment order from Montway i got an email saying who and which company was my dispatcher, the email stated my dispatcher was going to get in touch with me 12-24 hours before hand. I started with another firm that quoted a price about $25 less than Montway's price.. That firm then raised their price twice in 7 days, without consulting with me.. Switched to Montway and got speedy results with no bait-and-switch. The big difference was that Montway's "broker" fee was $101. less than the other firm ($149 vs $250).. In my case, that meant that Montway was offering to pay the transport driver almost $125 more than the other firm.. No wonder the other firm needed to raise my price to attract a driver. ... read more
