We had booked with another carrier and 3 days after the scheduled pick up date with no pick up I had to search for another carrier. I called Montway because it was the first one I saw. The experiece from start to finish was great! I was told my car could be picked up within 4 days, turned out it was 5 days BUT my car was delivered cross country in 4 days!! There was great communication as to pick up and delivery times We will definately call Montway again!!!
After researching many auto transport companies, Montway came in with the best pricing. I was a little hesitant only because the adage "you get what you pay for" is typically true. We were moving from downtown Lawrence Kansas, so Montway picked up the car from in front of the parking garage, no problem. The delivery was going to be a little tighter: pick up the car at a ferry terminal in Washington State. Traffic is always heavy when the ferry arrives so I visualized the worst. Originally I started off with a bid from another company, with poor communication and ever worse scheduling and pricing. Then I found Montway! From the very beginning of this, the agent was great. Communication was easy thru the chat or phone and everything as promised was delivered. The truck arrived on the scheduled date and time and was very professional. I give this company a perfect score!
I recently had a sports car I bought transported 1,400 miles and everything was smooth, on-time and the car was in great condition.The driver was courteous and went the extra mile to get the car to me. I would highly recommend!

Everything went smoother than I could’ve imagined. Instead of a projected 4-6 day delivery time, my car arrived in only 2 days! Perfect service & communication.
The people at Montway are very competitive, good pricing, and excellent response time. They did not tell me that the pick-up would be at a 3rd party location, though. It was a minor inconvenience but one that I had to plan for. Everything was settled pretty quickly and I think it price, speed, and response time are your concerns, Montway is hard to beat.
I would recommend, they were true to the price quoted and the delivery was seamless and professional. The price was fair. Not the cheapest I found but not the most expensive either.
