I needed to ship a car from Michigan to Maine in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic. I chose Montway Auto Transport and hoped for the best. I was not disappointed. The service was excellent all the way. Driver was courteous and right on time. The transport time was less than what it would have taken me to drive the car myself and the price was fair. The company answered all my concerns and the online info was helpful. I would use this company again.
Great experience. It was easy to arrange. Highly professional service. Faultless pick up and delivery. No bait and switch price from estimate like other services.
This was the easiest process for me. The entire scheduling process took about five minutes. My car was picked up and dropped off the next day! From WI to CT! Driver was super polite and easy. And any questions I had, Montway service was available immediately as I called to resolve any concerns I had. I had a great experience.
Was able to secure an easy pickup at an accommodating time. Drop off was timely and the driver was flexible on time of day and location. All went according to plan without incident.
I needed my car shipped asap and first called 2 other companies. One company quoted about $400 more than Montway. The other never got back to me with a quote. I easily placed the order online with Montway on a Saturday and the car was picked up on Monday morning. Not many other companies were open on weekends and had such an easy process.
Montway’s customer service and communication 100 percent on point. Finding a driver for my particular route was quite a challenge. In the end I had to rent a car and drive 300 miles down to Sacramento to meet with driver and get vehicle. Not ideal in the least. Should I need to ship a vehicle again I would not hesitate to contact them again ....
My pickup was on time. Driver was friendly and very professional. My car was delivered on time. No issues. Traveled from California to North Carolina.
I was very satisfied with my experience with Montway Auto Transport. I was shipping my car from Cleveland to Chicago. Made a booking on Friday. Shipping company confirmed on Monday. Picked up Tuesday from my home and delivered the next day to Chicago. The transaction with Montway was easy. The carrier called me an hour before pickup and arrived promptly. Montway Auto Transport did an AMAZING job. I had already paid another transport company to transport my vehicle for an agreed upon price. Delivery was never made and the vehicle sat for 3 weeks!!!. The previous company tried to strong arm me into paying more to have the vehicle transported. My customer told me about Montway.
