Moved back home for a new job and I was concerned about how to get my car home in the midst of a pandemic. Montway customer service was AMAZING at answering any questions I had. When it came time to get my car picked up, I met the driver about a block away from my home so that he had enough room for his car transport and there was enough light for an inspection. I had a VW picked up from a dealer in Virginia and delivered to my home in Florida. Communication with Montway was quick and easy. I got a quote almost immediately and it was the lowest of three quotes I received. When I called to schedule pickup and delivery it only took a few minutes to get everything set up. I was trying to transport my vehicle during this pandemic. Because of the situation, the dates and times were very important to hit as airline flights were getting canceled left and right. Montway made an initial mistake when asking them to ship no later than a certain date. They communicated with one company and told them "after x date and no sooner." I had to call back to clarify, and they were very responsive within one or two minute holds. They were able to find another company to ship the car within less than 10 minutes... read more
