I was very impressed with the service, they were on time for the pick-up and drop off. Excellent service and I will definitely use them again. In fact I am using them to pick-up my 1976 corvette.

After striking out with another shipping company I switched to Montway. Boy am I glad I did. Even during the COVID-19 crisis, their communication was prompt and straightforward and always honest and set reasonable expectations. They also got the job done of finding a shipper from a remote area even when truckers were leaving the roads because of the coronavirus. All this for a very reasonable commission of $1`50. A reasonable price and excellent customer service.

I had a terrible experience shipping my truck, but Montway was extremely helpful in helping collect insurance money to cover repairs. Sounds like an odd way to begin a 5-star review, right? First of all, you should know that Montway is not a shipping company. It's a broker. That means it serves a middleman between the owner of the vehicle and the shipper. I have used Montway Auto Transport to move across the country (WA to NC) twice now, and have been very impressed both times. Great communication and service from Montway's customer service team and easy pick up and delivery, even when one trip was scheduled pretty last minute. Would recommend, have recommended, and will continue to use them for any future moves.

I moved from WI to FL at the beginning of April and everything was seamless. From the beginning the communication was great, I was offered an original pickup and drop off date that did not work for me and they were more than willing to accommodate. My driver kept me up to date the entire way through text messaging which was very easy. Overall a very easy and worthwhile experience!

Montway was fast, efficient and professional. The repair company in Palatine recommended them and gave me their number. My car was picked up and delivered as Promised and I will use them again without question!
