The initial arrangement was easy. Communication was great during pick up time. When my truck was delivered the driver was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Great experience. Jesse (the transport driver) was attentive, gave ample notice, followed up multiple times to ensure a smooth and timely delivery and was super friendly. Would use again if/when needed and recommend.

Their service was fast, convenient and cheaper than other company’s. Customer service was in contact with me at all times. I will recommended.

I have used AutoStar twice. Great service both times. Good communication and follow-up. The vehicles were safely transported both times. No damage or big delays. Will use again. Recommended.

I chose Autostar to deliver my car cross country. They delivered it quickly , and car was in good shape. I will be going with Autostar again …..No doubt about it!

Our tow driver was prompt, friendly and persistent in getting my van onto his trailer with a blown transmission. Even though he didn't speak English, we were able to communicate using Google translate. My van was delivered to Rochester after breaking down in NYC in excellent condition.

I loved working with AutoStar transport! I had to bring my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer down from a different state and they were the first company i called! Their communication was on point, they found a carrier on the same day of my first pickup date and it was here the next day! i am very pleased with this company and recommend it to anyone who needs to transport a vehicle!!
