Excellent customer service. was able to schedule everything via emails and their very comprehensive website. The cost was not the cheapest but it was extremely reasonable for a cross country haul. My vehicle was picked up within a week and delivered exactly when expected. The driver was super friendly and kept in communication throughout the haul.
Delivery within a reasonable time, and will try our best to meet customer requirements. There was no damage to the car and the driver was very friendly.

Demetri (my transport coordinator) and Vlad (driver) were all very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I did not have any issues with communication and both pick-up and drop off were very smooth and my car arrived in the same condition it had left in. Because the pick-up was in a less populated location, it did take about 4 days after my first available pick-up date for an available transporter, but the car was delivered from across the country in just a little less than one week. AutoStar Transport great company to use if you need to send your vehicles out of country. They made the process very smooth. Send us step by step instructions that made it very easy to follow. Not only that my vehicles arrived earlier and intact. We will definitely use them again!!

Very very thankful for how quick and easy this transport process was. Everything was super easy to understand in terms of what was expected from me. The drop off and pick up was easy! The actual transit time wasn't too long either. Overall, a 10/10 experience with no surprises. Highly recommend!

This company is BOMB ! I am in the Military and needed to ship my car from Washington-Alabama last minute. They got me a driver within 3 days. The pickup was easy and smooth driver was gone with my car within 10 minutes or less! The driver also stayed in contact with me through the entire process. My car was delivered in perfect condition. I will definitely be using this company again!

The service was excellent, the driver was exceptionally professional at the same time caring. He kept in touch throughout his trip. Also, he notified us immediately the car was delivered to our person in Massachusetts. We are pleased with the service and would use this company again and again.
