Their quote was roughly 15% cheaper than the others. In the end, it turned out that no one would take my car for that low a price and they had to revise the quote up a bit, but it was still much cheaper than the other offers. They were responsive to my inquiries as this was going on and I was able to get my car transported within schedule.

Excellent experience overall. The car arrived in perfect condition and timing. Sofia was my agent. And she was responsible and always in contact when I need it. I def recommend.

We needed to ship our son's Camry from the Ohio to Utah for him to use at college. I was a bit nervous after hearing other people's adventures with shipping their cars. Shipping our car with AutoStar was painless and very non stressful. The main contact walked us through how everything was going to happen and then the driver contacted us to pickup the car a few days later. The car was delivered undamaged right when they said. If I had to ship a car again, I would most definitely use AutoStar.

Excellent customer service. was able to schedule everything via emails and their very comprehensive website. The cost was not the cheapest but it was extremely reasonable for a cross country haul. My vehicle was picked up within a week and delivered exactly when expected. The driver was super friendly and kept in communication throughout the haul.
Delivery within a reasonable time, and will try our best to meet customer requirements. There was no damage to the car and the driver was very friendly.

Demetri (my transport coordinator) and Vlad (driver) were all very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I did not have any issues with communication and both pick-up and drop off were very smooth and my car arrived in the same condition it had left in. Because the pick-up was in a less populated location, it did take about 4 days after my first available pick-up date for an available transporter, but the car was delivered from across the country in just a little less than one week.
