Excellent transport company. Everything went smoothly and no issues when I received the vehicle. Also, received the vehicle in a very timely manner.
My son's car was stuck in North Carolina and I was already skeptical about using the transport company but Montway put all that at ease. Two Representatives assured me that they were waiting for someone to pick up his vehicle from college I was notified when it was picked up and when the driver got to Florida. Delivery was done with ease I was able to pay the driver and that was it. I would definitely will use their services again in the future.
Arranging the transport was very easy. The representative was very helpful. The driver kept in touch throughout the transport, from pick up to drop off. The driver was wonderful, keeping me well informed when a delay with another client made him late dropping off my vehicle. He was exceptional.
Great service. They showed when they said they would at both ends of the trip. The driver was courteous and pleasant to deal with. I have already recommended them to a friend.
The carrier they used, Godspeed Transport, were very thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. There were issues on the receiving end, not caused by carrier. They went over and beyond to get the car to a safe place. They wouldn't even accept a gratuity for the extra work they did.
Montway transportation met all our exceptions and beyond. Professional, courteous, competitive pricing on time picking up and dropping off. This was our first time shipping a vehicle and I will call Montway transport again and will refer them to anyone we know that needs to ship a vehicle. This was hands down A positive experience.
Montway is very reliable auto transport from Pick-up to delivery and they really great on communicating with the customer. Shawn the driver was also doing a great job of communicating with us .
Great pickup which was on time. The driver kept me informed of the progress during the trip and informed me for the time of delivery which was accurate. The driver was very courteous.
