Very responsive customer service. Chatline, text notifications, and callback was much appreciated. I had real time up to the minute updates to available shippers, pick up time, and de-conflicting scheduling. I use service to send my son's truck a thousand miles away in Air Force Training. There were several delays in shipping from shipping vehicle breakdown and calendar conflict. Through it all still done within a week. After being scammed by another company (watch out tons of unreliable companies out there) - Montway was a gem. The entire process was transparent, and their communication is excellent and always prompt. I was made aware of all the drivers and folks and had their phone numbers, and at any time, I could call and find out the location of my vehicle.
