My son's car was stuck in North Carolina and I was already skeptical about using the transport company but Montway put all that at ease. Two Representatives assured me that they were waiting for someone to pick up his vehicle from college I was notified when it was picked up and when the driver got to Florida. Delivery was done with ease I was able to pay the driver and that was it. I would definitely will use their services again in the future.

Arranging the transport was very easy. The representative was very helpful. The driver kept in touch throughout the transport, from pick up to drop off. The driver was wonderful, keeping me well informed when a delay with another client made him late dropping off my vehicle. He was exceptional.

The carrier they used, Godspeed Transport, were very thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. There were issues on the receiving end, not caused by carrier. They went over and beyond to get the car to a safe place. They wouldn't even accept a gratuity for the extra work they did.
