Had BM accident in my shorts because no one came in time to assist me to the toilet. A couple of times I had to get to the toilet unassisted because I could not hold my urine waiting to be assisted. P.T. sent me home too early. The social workers treated my daughter like a child instead of an adult ( she is 50). No one would give a straight answer when questioned about conflicting reports. I will NEVER go here again and I will NEVER send my wife here either.

Did not get any proactive communication on how my mom was doing. When I called, I was transferred to her nurses station and the phone just rang and rang. No one answered. When I called to speak to her physical therapist, I could not speak with the person who did the PT. I often had someone reading the PT notes to me. The only person I have positive feedback for is Mohammed. He answered my questions and provided guidance well. My mom received a Medicare paid for wheelchair.
