Absolutely great place with absolutely great people, the property manager Christine is both very helpful and understanding, been living here for 2 years, another to come and i absolutely love it
My wife and I have been here over four years now. Taking in account the very few problems here (which could be the same any where), we like it very much. The staff here do listen and try to help in any way they can. Things happen, here there, every where. I am 60 years old and do not want to fix my toilet any more or heater or dishwasher and so on. One call and it is done. You get what you pay for and we both feel we are getting our monies worth here.
My girlfriend and I have lived here for a year now and we're pretty happy here. I've rented various places around Columbus in the past few years and this is definitely the best overall. The management is friendly and has went out of their way to help us throughout the renting process. We've had two maintenance requests and they've fixed them both within a day. There are a couple courtesy officers here so since I've moved in I haven't heard of any crime issues whatsoever. Parking is ample. They keep the place nicely landscape... read more
Multiple calls to office over this blind only gentleman's apartments deplorable conditions after a year. They finally put a cap on the chimney, but have done nothing to clean up this mess.
The office is contacted on multiple occasions about the mold growing. Water runs down the walls!. The floor is soft.. It still has not been fixed. They claim they couldn't get on the roof because of the ice. We are in the middle of a heat wave and there's no excuse Now. This is a third floor apartment and the excuse was the chimney needed a new cap. These pictures were taken in April. It's now June 23. Who knows what's going on in between the walls. neighbors smoke weed inside apartments and they make excuses about it and floors are cold and noisy and cheap windows and I have to put plastic inside around the windows cause too much cold air coming through the windows and the gym is not 24 hours is a lie cause they open till 10 am an closed at 7pm so if you are like me who can assist really early like 5am or after 9pm we are screw and my opinion this place is really overpriced if you take in consideration the cheap material they use this place have over $160 on hidden fee... read more
We have had to endure our neighbor below us blaring his music all day long. When I called to discuss it with the office for the sixth time today, it took over 5 phone calls to get someone on the phone. They said we had to be considerate that this was his home too and basically made excuses about why they aren't going to do anything. Meanwhile, the only thing they are doing is sending him a letter. While the spaces themselves are nice and comfortable, the management is ATROCIOUS. My heater began to die in November. Maintenance would show up and "work" on it (some fun instances including the time when I turned off my heater because it was blowing cold air, and they thought the heater was fine, that I just didn't know how to turn on a heater). Looking at my options to move out early. I pay $26/month for a "VIP" trash service I dont use. And get charged $4/month to receive my bill from Conservice bill pay. I initially moved in for the friendly pet policy, however, pet rent has been raised with the new management (even though the pet waste stations rarely have bags). The pool is hardly ever cleaned out.
