The staff here was very helpful in touring and showing my numerous rental options. They actually say down and helped me with the application which is all done on an app ( like most places do now a days). Usually other places don't care to help and just have you pay the hundreds in fees and wish you luck. They helped me figure out how to get the app to work and were quick to get me back results. So we have been here just about a year and I am still pinching myself. I can't believe we found this apartment complex and am so happy we did. Letitia was the absolute best in getting us situated and has been a joy since then. We moved from out of state and it was a big process but Letitia made it seamless, we are so grateful to her. The service here via Latisha, Molly, and maintenance is miles better than all other 3 apartment complexes I've been to. I've grown to absolutely hate working with apartment staff - understandably, it's the bigger corporation's fault, not the people they hired. I mention it again because I run a large business and it's based heavily on customer service. Avalon is a very family friendly environment. A safe community with wonderful people. Any given morning, afternoon, and evening; you'll see tons of walkers and dog walkers. I love the neighborly/friendly vibe of Avalon.And, if that wasn't enough, the front office staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. We lived here 18 years ago when we moved from New Jersey. After living in Fuquay Varina for those 18 years we decided to downsize and after looking at the options available to us, decided to come back to Avalon Peaks because of the neighborhood feeling of the place. the rooms are larger than any of the places we explored. most of all we enjoy our screened in porch. We love renting from Avalon Peaks. We have a great apartment with a great amount of storage options and amenities. The on-site staff is amazing and has bent over backwards making sure that we are taken care of. The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive and communicative, and we weren't just a dollar sign to the leasing staff. Staff are very nice, though we had to pay for carpet throughout which is expensive. They take pictures of padding, for signs of any pet stains. I was little disappointed about replacing all the carpet, I thought the monthly pet fees covered it.

Just wanted to say, I used to live here and loved it! I lived in the Geranium model. Staff was always nice, and the amenities were great. OMG - the rent on the website has increased a crazy, absolutely crazy amount with the remodel. I cannot believe how much they want now for rent. If you can afford to pay the rent for a two bedroom here, screw it - buy a house - it will be way cheaper! I lived in two different apartments over the course of three years. I found the office staff to be jovial and amazingly helpful. I found the maintenance staff to be knowledgeable and helpful, and overall, my living there was a positive experience as both myself and my roommate came from living in our own homes with lots of privacy to having neighbors and being concerned about making noise/disturbing others.
