Avance care was very accomodating with scheduling a sick visit. I was able to get tested while staying in my car & had results wothin an hour. The provider, Ann Matthew, called me to discuss results & options. Highly recommend!
Dr Alexander is always very thorough and patient. He explains things in great detail and answers any questions. I never feel rushed, which is unusual in my recent experience with modern medicine.
New patient meeting Dr Hutchings to move prescriptions and PC to NC then discuss current status. Staff was helpful and happy. Dr Hutchings listened and we discussed the prescriptions, why I'm using them, his watch outs and recommendations. I feel he is taking a real interest in my health because he had reviewed my history, talked with me, not at me, as we discussed options going forward. When I made the appointment to have blood work done no one told me or gave me a piece of paper instructing me too fast before I came in to have the blood work done. Seems to me like there was just a breakdown in communication. But they were quick to take my payment. Just saying.
Stephanie is an excellent provider. She is thorough and caring. I feel safe and sure under her care.
