Dr. Ioanna Kosti was excellent--a kind and helpful therapist. She is a good listener and gave me good feedback on the issues I shared with her. There was a problem with your website--it did not allow me to upload my driver license and my insurance cards, after repeated attempts. I brought those cards to the Davidson clinic and they made copies there instead. One of the online forms asked me for a reference number for my visit/treatment. No one seemed to know where to find that--Dr. DeSantis' office nor Dr. Kosti's office.
