My therapist Julia Christy is wonderful, very compassionate, understanding, warm friendly and has helpe dme trenendously through a lot I have been through!
Sean is a wonderful therapist! We checked in to see how my progress is going and then I went into, “I need help with my one resentment”. Sean was right there to assist me. He sent some reading material on forgiveness, which I will read. But I don’t think I can forgive this particular person. I will try because Sean has been spot on with my insomnia.
So far I've only met with my care provider once, but it was a good experience. I felt heard and understood, and she asked good questions to give us a baseline. I also worked with the scheduler a couple times to get my appointment set up (and then rescheduled), and that was also a pleasant experience!
I felt comfortable with Emily Chambliss. She put me at ease because I was a little nervous and I appreciated that. She asked a lot of questions and I answered as best I could. I shared how the lose of my dog started my depression again. Some people who are not pet owners might not understand grief for losing a pet but she was a large part of my life for years. She was my companion and I also would tell her she was my shadow when she would look for me if I went to another room. I have high hopes that Emily can help me
