I have consistently had good experiences at Avance Care, but my experience with Pooja Ganatra at Avance Behavioral Health has been above-and-beyond. She truly is an amazing therapist. This was my first time going to therapy, and she made me feel comfortable, heard, and understood, while also serving as a guide in my journey. She deserves a raise.
Tammy Rose is a competent and caring therapist who is helping me fight OCD which has dominated my life for about sixty years. I am immensely grateful to Tammy and applaud Avance for having her on their staff. As an 81 year old client I appreciate that Avance offers a Video option and accepts my Medicare Advantage healthcare plan.

The care is very solid, but you need to be prepared to be treated like a delinquent payer being chased by bill collectors throughout your association with Avance. I pay my bills on time, so I don’t get what their problem is. The billing department is likely to introduce new psychological problems to replace the ones the carers help resolve.
I have been using telehealth visits. This is very helpful with my work schedule and my personal schedule. I spread the word about Avance Care to others all of the time.
Mr. Hughes allowed me to acknowledge indepth feelings that I submerged inside me for years.
