My therapist at Avance really does me a lot of good. She keeps good notes and always follows up on things I told her about in earlier sessions, making sure that we're recognizing growth or identifying areas of improvement. I feel she is very focused when I am talking to her, and I never see her stop to jot things down, but she never fails to keep track of all my loose ends. I feel that I'm making progress here, and that this is a very valuable support in maintaining my mental health.
