Making the appointment with Dr B was fast and easy. The check in was seamless. The staff was very friendly. Dr B is a great doctor. I'm a happy patient.
I have been very satisfied with Avance Brier Creek. I have been visiting for 3 years now. Previously with a provider that left the practice and recently I met with PA Hoa Nguyen. Upon visiting the lobby the staff is very courteous and professional. The young man who resembles Chris Brown the singer at the front desk, is very helpful. Very personable and helpful. Great customer service!!!! Excellent follow up with answering my questions with a smile. Great suggestions and tips. Loved my engagement and rapport.
Everyone was great. Very accommodating when I needed to reschedule my appt for the same day twice. Dr. Bulauitan was on time for my telemed appt. He listened, asked questions and helped me reason on a decision that I needed to make medically before surgery. He is a great physician; he is very attentive, reasonable and addresses the issue, not just putting a band-aid on it and going on, but truly finds out what the issue is.

Always amazing service. Ive never sat more than 10.min for a.visit. staff professional and helpful. Katherine is amazing and comfortable to chat with.
