I’ve lived all over the world, and I am a physician by training, so I have interacted with many many providers over many years in a lot of different places. I have never, in my entire life, ever had such a positive experience as a patient as I’ve had, consistently for over 4 years with Avance Care. Easy to make appt. and check- in. Most important Dr. B had read notes from my last visit, listened to what I had to say and responded professionally.
The doctor and her support staff* were 1st rate providers. (* Phoung and her staff)
This is not my close by site but due to the power outage at my normal site, this site jumped in quickly to help. She, Phoung explained findings as she went through the exam. She then gave a specific plan for me to follow. I will be following up with her per the plan.
