Can't say enough good things about this office... The staff are great, but just know if you have an appt. later than 2;00, you will have a wait. BIG shout out to Dr. Michael Stadiem. He is really wonderful and will listen to you!!! He spends a lot of time with you. He is open to homeopathic treatments. I had a inflammation on my ribs, from an old injury. He has a medical salve, that he rubbed on the affected area. After 10 minutes of massage with this, my pain was gone. He even give website to where I can pu... read more

Always pleasant and professional. After years of trying to find a doctor office that makes me feel welcome, finally found it. The staff is amazing. Especially enjoy my experience with Virginia. Keep up the great work.

A nurse practitioner, Stephanie benson seemed nice but did absolutely nothing for me. I left very upset and discouraged because I had several things I was hoping to get answers for and I was advised that I had labs in a few weeks and there was nothing that could be done except to monitor things, I was also told and I quote "I have a feeling it's going to stop soon" referring to my problem which it still has not and now been 16 days. I have been seen at Avance approximately 4 times since my previous physician sold the practice to them. Unfortunately, I do not feel that I am receiving care, but rather it is almost completely determined by my "social" responses. I did not go there for a survey of possible depression, but for a wellness check of my physical needs! For the past two wellness visits, I haven't been examined, no heart check, no urinalysis, these seem pretty basic in a check up! Doing well compared to to previous years , the only problem is : you get a fantastic Dr . That really care and after a year or so the Dr leaves . I had worked in Drs office . To my believe, clinic owners believe on the $ that is coming in , the homes , vacation they can get , then the care of patients and how the Dr does his jobs and to top it of the amount of $ they are getting from the insurance company, the patient , and the rest of the $ that are not satisfy that the insurance gave them. Long wait times in room waiting on attending. No respect for REMOTE employees who are working through the day, and squeezing in a WEIGH IN and Lab Result review? Drive 20 minutes 1 way sit for 50 minutes, review for 10, drive home 20 minutes.

I had to fight to even get a script for an antibiotic for a sinus infection. Also wanted to be looked at for potential yeast infection and the Dr literally did not even look at me. Had me do my own swab without any direction. So now 2 weeks later the infection is worse and I've had to pay for another appointment with a different Dr who actually did their job this time and immediately confirmed the infection. I was seen by Dr Taylor but she is not a choice on the drop down menu.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this but to be honest I’m just so disappointed in the lack of empathy received when I called to make an emergency appointment for pain in my ear. When I called I asked if there was any way I could be squeezed in as I was having a lot of ear pain. The girl on the phone said we can’t see you today we are completely booked. I understood that. But what got me upset is that she followed up with “Who’s your doctor” and I explained to her that I didn’t remember her name but that it was one of the ... read more

I had my first visit and it went really well, but after my most recent experience, I'll be finding a new primary care doctor. It does not make sense to me that one of my mood medications can be filled and one can't and I was directed to a psychiatrist. BOTH are mood medications. I'm new to the area and having a hard time finding a local psychiatrist that has availability within the next few weeks.
