Not good . Rude people , won't answer phone didnt call in prescription. When I finally got a call back she was very rude and hung up on me .

Can not get appointment ,no return calls ! Website appointments scheduler a joke and does not work ! Sad !
My experience at Avance Care is usually excellent! I never write reviews about my experience...however, this past year the service level has gone down tremendously! I have to say something!!! Dr. Tank, and PA Chris are the best! The problems in the office is the staff, front desk, and back office staff since Avance Care has taken over the office. Providers are great. That being said, the office will not make you aware that the provider you have an appointment with is not in your network. $1800.00 later with a surprise bill. Only way I found out not in our BCBS network was by calling insurance company. There is always a “surprise” bill for something. Never told before being seen. And they will not see you if bill not paid. I feel they are more interested in making money than actually caring about the patient. It’s a racket!
