Im always very pleased with the service i get from Avance Care in Knightdale. Ive seen 2 different doctors and both were fantastic Dr.Brewington & Dr.MacDonna. My mom saw Dr. Clark & all 3 I recommend for primary care. I wish i knew the nurse’s name she was awesome made my mom & i feel so comfortable & relaxed.

My recent appointment was exactly as all of my previous ones. EXCELENT experience! Britany and Elise are so kind, friendly and respectful. They always take the time to listen to my problems and work to resolve any issues that I have. I can't say enough good things about the whole office. Dr. Hinton and staff are the best. Dr. Hinton is so kind and gentle and she takes the time to listen to you and talk through your symptoms.

I had a telehealth (car side) today with the provider FNP Brittany Romaine. Even though it was car side, she addressed all of my concerns and provided GREAT patient care. I didn’t fee rushed and my experience with her made me feel comfortable talking to her and discussing my situation. My prescriptions were called in right away as I got a call from Walgreens that they were ready about 30 minutes after my initial appointment. I would definitely return to see her again for my patient care.

I am a new patient to the Avance Care in Knightdale. From the first appointment with Dr. Hinton, I knew I was in the right practice. She is an amazing physician! She takes time with her patients and fully explains every detail that involves their medical care. My labs indicated that I needed to see a specialist for an urgent appointment. The specialists I was suppose to see sent multiple messages over to request several labs and previous labs to schedule an urgent appointment. They never sent them in a timely manner. This was for a serious matter. I called everyday for almost 2 months before the unlicensed coordinators would even send over one lab. They didn't send over what was requested. I was seeing a FNP who was awesome by the name of Michelle MacDonna but she unfortunately left this practice and they refused to tell me where she us. I start seeing Michael Paraella, FNP who is a very thorough and good FNP as well. He's very attentive to detail. My issues isn't with him but with a certified letter that I received from Avance stating that he was terminating the patient relatuobahip due to bad debt. my experience with Avance care Knightdale is that no one cares about patient concerns. I have repeatedly called in and asked to speak to a patient care coordinator and the manager about my concerns about my health. No one has called me back about my concerns in the past week.l have only been able to communicate with my probider through messages. You go to a primary care to be able to understand what’s going on with you and it feels like they don’t care.I definitely would not recommend them for anyone primary care.
