Appointment was easy to make. I was taken from the waiting room on schedule. The doctor arrived in the exam room on schedule. The doctor spent plenty of time discussing my issues & did not rush anything. The staff surrounding the doctor are polite & succinct. Even the hike from my parking space was very short.

Check in process was quick and easy. We came in for one (1) annual physical check up and requested for flu vaccines for a family of three at check ins. Without appointments, staff managed to give us vaccines at the same time with our visit.

Dr. Houng and the staff were very efficient and attentive. They listen to our concerns and were able to give us the answers we needed. I felt like they really cared and wanted to make sure I was satisfied in every way.

The receptionist at the front desk performed excellent customer service. Dr. Huong very excellent bed side manner. Answered all my questions & concerns. He went in depth regarding my heath for today & tomorrow. I have been with Dr. Huong for over 5 years. I will keep coming to him. **********Stars

Since my old doctor left, ! I decided to try knightdale location. Everyone in the office was very nice. I saw Michelle Mac Donna , she is awesome ! Very patient and attentive. She seems to really care. I would definitely recommend.
