The office was inviting and very clean. All staff was in uniform and they flowed in sync together. Dr Ivery was amazing and you can tell she genuinely cares about her parience

I felt comfortable with the staff and Dr. Ivery. Ivery performed a through exam and went over my blood work results. We will follow up to address other issues. I was not pressured or guilted into receiving vaccinations I was not interested in. I was looking for an African American woman doctor and found what I was looking for.
Always get great customer service from the appointment desk all the way to the doctor. The medical staff are very professional and give you their attention whether you call into the office with a medical question or if you are there for an appointment.
Reception greeted me warmly, nurse was compassionate and caring, lab tech was gentle and wonderful. Dr. Ivery took her time explaining everything to me and listened to what I had to say. Very caring and thorough. Highly recommend as a new patient.
