I had a great experience. My whole family is cared for Dr. Ivery. She takes time to listen and has an excellent bedside manner. All of her staff are very polite and caring. Highly recommend this office for your primary care medical needs!
Dr. Ivery is the BEST
Horrible. Doctor had no personality and read from a script. I know I scored high on the GAD 7 and she didn’t mention anything about the results. Then she. Noticed a cyst on my chest and said nothing. Then she literally read from a script. She didn’t ask anything about me or how I feel. It was horrible. I arrived at 2:59pm. Called back at 3:36pm and walked out the door at 4::02. Never again.

Angela is amazing! I have a low tolerance for pain, so I was dreading getting my blood drawn. But she was so good that I actually had to ask if she had even inserted the needle! I’ve never had such a painless experience before. From now on, I only want my blood drawn when Angela is there. Thank you, Angela, you’re the best!
Dr. Ivery is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. She actually listens, which is rare, and she doesn’t just tell me what I want to hear—she tells me what I need to hear. I trust her more than any physician I’ve ever seen, and that says a lot. She takes care of my whole family, and we all know we’re in good hands with her. I honestly can’t recommend her enough!

Their billing department is horrible -terrible people. I scheduled an appointment as a new member to Avance Care - a new patient for physical. When I arrived, I mentioned the concerns I've had. When the bill came, it was noted for problems (they didn't actually treat anything) rather than a physical. Contacted the insurance company, who relayed to reach back out to Avance Care and request to have them change the insurance submission code for physical.
