I had an appointment and get tested for cold like symptoms, the doctor was caring and genuine. The medical assistant performed three tests. Got a call the next day saying my samples was left out and needed to come back in, the nurse showed me empathy and sympathy, she asked if I was okay and I replied no, and told her why. She stilled kept the same energy and she checked on me while I was waiting and she made my frustration go away and I said thanked her for giving me a better experience and being understanding. Check in and check out process was quick and easy. The staff are super friendly and helpful. My provider did answer all my questions and concerns during my visit

Newer doctors don't take the time to listen to you and why you're there today. And then a call to come back next day. This is no reflections on Dr. Houng who is GREAT and if you can get appointment with him take it.
