The people at Avance Knightdale, Northeast Raleigh and Avance Neurology are honestly the best doctors & nurses I have ever met. I've lived all over the world, and unfortunately have had to go to a many hospitals/clinics. I have never felt as heard and helped out as I have felt with Avance Care.

The staff were very friendly and professional. I didn't have a long wait time before seeing the doctor. I received a through exam and test were taken to identify my problem. I was given a referral. I liked the feedback provided by the doctor.

I had an appointment and get tested for cold like symptoms, the doctor was caring and genuine. The medical assistant performed three tests. Got a call the next day saying my samples was left out and needed to come back in, the nurse showed me empathy and sympathy, she asked if I was okay and I replied no, and told her why. She stilled kept the same energy and she checked on me while I was waiting and she made my frustration go away and I said thanked her for giving me a better experience and being understanding.
