WELCOME TO AVON ORAL & MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY Our practice in Avon, Indiana was founded in 1976. Dr. Robert McDonough joined the practice in 1989, Dr. Kevin Stockton in 1996, Dr. Gabriel Hostalet in 2005, and Dr. Jared Shelton in 2017. The owner moved the practice from downtown Indianapolis to Avon in 1981. Our Oral Surgery building is a state-of-the-art facility with seven surgical suites, a recovery room, and three consultation rooms.

My 20 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth removed here yesterday. Everyone was genuinely friendly and the process was so smooth. She has never needed anything done medically and was very nervous. I was amazed how quick everything was....yet we did not feel rushed. Recovery room nurse was fantastic! The dr even called to check on her later last night (we missed the call, but pretty awesome the Dr is calling late evening himself) as well. Great place!!
My daughter Erika got her wisdom teeth out this morning. She is doing very well. Hardly any swelling. Thank you for talking care of all of my family.
I was so pleased with the staff and Dr. Stockton. Everyone was helpful and they carefully went over all options for our daughter. I would highly recommend them.
I have loved my entire experience of getting my wisdom teeth pulled... Crazy to say, but everyone here is fantastic. Dr.M and his staff are top of the line. Carol treated my dry sockets so great, she's awesome! I would recommend everyone to come here! :)
