I gave you a 5 as I know how important these surveys are. I really enjoyed the service I received from the young lady who helped me. She was kind, friendly, and delivered my vehicle. I did not appreciate the finance advisor, who appeared put off about my limited time availability and my questioning of the numbers not adding up. He was not helpful at all in determining the issue and referred me to the sales manager. I had an awesome experience Desiree was super helpful and the sales team got me a down payment and price I could afford and worked with me plus the whole process was super fast and easy overall I would totally recommend anyone looking for a car to at least check them out

Cheated! - Swindled! - Ripped Off! Can't believe what these people do is legal! They are a major reason car salesmen have a bad reputation. Unfortunately, desperately needed a car & they had used vehicle I was looking for. Should have walked away, but didn't. Wore me down sitting around shuffling #'s for over 2 hrs until would've signed most anything to get the car & be done with it. Sadly this "technique" works.
