Alaini’s customer service is unmatched. She never made me feel pressured. I asked a lot of questions and was back and forth with my decision for days. But she showed patience, with every visit. This was a huge purchase for me and I wanted to be 100% confident in my decision. She along with Shawn Z. gave me the support I needed to walk away and feel good about my purchase.
