I am always greeted with a smile. And threatened to whoever is going to handle.What is thing too happened to my car. They explain what will happen to the car and what the price says.Then I go sit down. What I don't like is if additional. Work needs to be done on the car. I am text and I prefer for the person assigned. To me to come talk to me.
