Ok over all. . but I had to go behind them after having the engine replaced just over a year ago.. my AC unit wasn’t working and my window button assembly was broken because they swapped mine out when the vehicle was parked there for about 6 weeks and waiting on a replacement engine. I scheduled to drop off my car for rear tires replacement, routine oil change, and a recall. The next day I was informed that a couple of issues were found by the technician. What was supposed to be a drop off resulted in 4 days without my vehicle. I was at first frustrated but then realized the effort my advisor did to deliver in the timeliest manner.
