The service was quick, everyone is friendly, and I like that they don't pressure me about recommended services. I like that they are sent to me while I'm waiting, and I receive a report. My only complaint is that they don't actually inspect the fluids, and instead just look in the computer for when it was last done. This is not accurate as I may have done it somewhere else, and I don't consider this a quality inspection. How am I supposed to know if something actually needs done if it's not being checked under my hood?
