I dread the games played at car dealerships. You get I dread the games played at car dealerships. You get unwanted treatments and things not requested over and above the advertised price that must be negotiated. We did not get that from Avondale Toyota. I had a great experience at Toyota Avondale with the help of Valentino to get the car I wanted. I definitely recommend! I’ll be back there for the next vehicle purchase. No pressure type sale. I had a great service in perfect timing. He definitely knows what he’s doing and definitely does his best to help you out. My husband and I would rate higher than 5 stars if we can. Jake Fratt is hands down the most FABULOUS salesperson I have ever worked with. Honest, intelligent, straight forward, efficient, knowledgeable, and just simply enjoyable to work with! Out of the five star rating, I'd say Jake is a a 10! :) Before we made the drive to the dealership, we were completely debriefed on all aspects of the process and the total out-the-door price - NO surprises! Excellent Excellent Excellent. I would definitely buy from Avondale Toyota again. A great place for and a great car buying experience.

Luis provided the best car buying experience we have ever had. Honest and upfront and no sales pressure. We live an hour away and he sent us more pictures as we requested and we were able to put a temporary hold on the car to look at it the next day all in about 20 minutes of our first phone call and knowing the out the door price. We stressed that we wanted to see the car during daylight and he pushed the detail up sooner and arranged his schedule to what worked for US. He gave his full attention to us when we were there. Joel at Avondale Toyota is extremely helpful. He lays out the options and allows the consumer to choose what they want. He is friendly and I will absolutely be buying my next vehicle from him.

Working with Tony from Avondale Toyota was awesome! I called about a Highlander I saw on Autotrader and within the hour Tony had our trade priced and the new car at my house for a test drive! Tony used a lender of our choice without hesitation (no pressure financing) and made the whole transaction extremely easy! We were approved and signed for our new the next morning in 30 mins.
