Recently ventured out to buy a new care again and took the chance of going to a competitor Toyota dealership in the valley due to a used car they had advertised ...... it was a mistake from the get go .... right off starting playing the " let me go talk to the manager crap! This is our 5th car from Avondale Toyota. One person takes care of you with absolutely no pressure. They tell you what you need and want to know and leave the sales push out of it. The car price is clearly marked. The person you deal with can work through all the specific numbers - trade in, extended warranty, etc. - and give you the actual bottom line including interest rate and monthly payment all with NO strings attached! From the time I arrived at the dealership, it had been a very good experience. Greeter, Valentino (Sales and Finance), and Manager (Got me a great APR with Bank below 3). They knew their product and services very well. They all have a great attitude! These folks are a new found friend :) Valentino even delivered the truck to my house. I am now a proud owner of a Toyota Tundra TRD Pro (Dooma Zoom Zoom) I would do business again which I intend to purchase a new Toyota Camry.
