Great experience. Transparent, easy to work with. They have a solid team here. Their sales floor layout is better than Camelbacks where they have 1,000 recessed can lights shining on your head in an open floor plan pressuring you to sign a deal as they refuse to give you real numbers. Valentino was up front, to the point and was willing to listen.
Alek was amazing throughout the entire process of buying a 2019 RAV4 Hybrid. Came in a month ago looking for a the Hybrid crossover, Alek told us they are hard to come by, he kept us updated when new and used cars came in. We finally found one and signed papers on Valentine’s Day. Always responsive no pressure very knowledgeable on the product. Everyone on the floor seems to be very accommodating as well as the people greeting you outside.
I really love the atmosphere at the dealership very relaxing when usually going to other dealers has been stressful. As for my Saleman Michael... he’s the bomb. Very knowledgeable and very caring.
