Haven’t had a bad experience yet I purchased a Highlander a little over a year ago but went back recently to trade it in for a Tundra. Valentino (Tino) Roybal was my guy! He did an amazing job making things work for me. I’m particular with how I do business, especially with car salesmen. Third car I've purchased This is the third car I've purchased from this dealership, the last two times I worked with the same guy this time I worked with Jeremy and I had the same experience as before, Everytime I come here it feels like I'm having a organic conversation with people, not sales people. They educated me on the benefits of a warranty and went over costs of repair prior to me making my decision. Love this dealership.
