Jake Fratt is Awesome Working with Jake was a great and pain free experience. I appreciated his expertise. The only thing I felt bad about was that he sat with me answering my questions, preparing and explaining paperwork, and making sure the car was ready right through "normal" lunch hour and none of his colleagues offered to pick up lunch for him. Next time I purchase a car with Jake's assistance I will surely bring along lunch!

Best experience This is my 3rd car I’ve got from Toyota Avondale and I’ve always been happy with the deal, car and everything along those lines however this time I felt like Jake really cared about what I needed at the moment and what was best for me.
