Happy Customers Kimie was fabulous. He patiently answered all my questions, no matter how frivolous. His focus was on us as people, not as a money target. We didn't have to bother with haggling for a fair price. Kimie was very personable and relatable. It felt like meeting with a family member to discuss buying a new car. The complimentary snacks and drinks made a great difference as we had to wait for paperwork to be processed.
We were well taken care of. We arrived early and were greeted warmly by an associate. Kimie Stewart showed us the selection of RAV4 in the lot. We were upside down on our trade in, but Kimie was able to help us find the right RAV4 that will fit our budget. He was incredibly patient and helpful. This is our 4th Toyota purchase through Kimie.
