Awesome experience! My best experience to date for leasing a car. Scottie Williams is the best! He's knowledgeable, very personable, professional, and a super nice guy. The process was quick and painless with some great conversation in between. I'd recommend Avondale Toyota and Scottie to anyone looking to buy or lease a new car.
Just ok Overall it was an okay experience. Appreciated not being hassled by numerous sales people. However, the "general" sales manager said he would be available 24/7 and gave us his card along with his cell phone number. We have tried to reach him twice. No answer and no return calls after leaving voice messages. He also said he would introduce us to someone in the service department and did not and still has not. Very disappointed in that!! Always Toyota Scion I have bought 4 vehicles from Avondale Toyota and I have no need to go anywhere else. I bought my cars from Kiwi and Scottie, both have given me good experiences in which I would keep my business with Avondale Toyota. My second purchase from Avondale Toyota and Tommy Severado Last February I stopped at Avondale Toyota to look at new Siennas as I was planning to buy one later in the year. I told Tommy Severado what I was and wasn't looking for and he had exactly the van I wanted so I bought it then rather than waiting. Best Dealership experience I've ever had- period I've bought probably 15 vehicles from dealerships in the last 25 years, both new and used. I've had pretty good experiences but my most recent purchase topped them all. Great car buying experience. I had a great car buying experience at Avondale Toyota. The people were nice and welcoming from the get go. They made me feel comfortable and satisfied. I personally liked that I worked with only ONE person for the entire process. instead of being passed from person to person, like most dealers do. The Rep was extremely helpful and straight forward with each move that was made. Even after the deal was made there was still extra effort to insure that I had recieved the best possible deal.
