I wish all car dealerships were run this way. Car ownership, for me, is more or less a "necessary evil." I gotta have a car to get around, but I am not a fan of going through the process of buying one, and I loathe the maintenance aspect of car ownership. Excellent sales and service experience We recently bought a 2015 Toyota Highlander fron Avondale Toyota. I have wanted a new Highlander for about a year. Purchasing a New Car out of Necessity I have had my Prius serviced at this dealership since moving to AZ 8 years ago and have always had great service. They have never tried to sell me something I did not need for my car and were always professional in any service needs I had. Easy, Open, Straightforward - Repeat Customer I bought my first vehicle from this dealership in October 2005, a 2006 4Runner that I'm still driving and totally satisfied with. Maribel was extremely helpful! And Patient Maribel, was so fantastic! She gave my father and I just enough time to look at vehicles and then stepped in to give all that essential info. She really nailed it. I loved that she wasn't pushy and gave us space and time to discuss in private our thoughts and then she would approach us and answer any questions. BY FAR #1 Tonight I came home with my 2015 Toyota Camry. This is the 3rd car I've bought at Avondale Toyota, but by far the best experience I've ever had. Mr Rick Bocanegra and his sales rep Scottie Williams are the classiest guys in the car business. They know how to get you what you want, without any haggling.
